Jim Barnes has lead the acquisition and redevelopment of the Hermitage since 2007. With attention to detail at every level, The Hermitage has retained all it’s grandeur and history while transforming itself to an energy efficient, family-friendly, four star resort.
When The Hermitage Inn purchased the Haystack Club it brought with it continuing momentum, an impressive track record, unparalleled customer experience and continuing financial success. This continuing success now forms the foundation to complete the vision as originally created.
The owners’ affection for Southern Vermont grew into their desire to create the ideal atmosphere for families and friends to enjoy the beauty of the four seasons in Vermont.
Now, The Hermitage Inn and the Haystack Club have carefully assembled an executive team with the creativity, expertise, and passion to make their vision a reality.
